Marsh appointed Linda Jones as U.S. Healthcare Industry Practice Leader, Marsh Risk, effective immediately. Based in Washington, D.C., Jones reports to Darren Cromwell, Industry Practice Group Leader, Marsh Risk, U.S. and Canada.
“Linda brings deep industry expertise, strong leadership, and a client-centric approach to everything she does,” Cromwell said. “Clients and colleagues alike will benefit from her guidance and leadership as we seek to deliver the data-driven insights and solutions clients need in today’s challenging health care risk environment.”
Jones brings 40 years of experience advising health systems, hospitals, managed care, and provider groups on risk management strategies. She joined Marsh in 2018 and most recently served as US Healthcare Growth & Innovation Leader. In her new role, she will drive health care strategy and client engagement for Marsh’s risk business.
Jones succeeds Gisele “Gigi” Norris, who shifts her focus to her role as Global Commercial Industry Leader, Marsh, where she will continue to drive industry collaboration, best practices sharing, and knowledge exchange across the enterprise. &
